Project Assistant – One-year contract (Job Ref: ADV/18/170_REC)

Responsibilities

• Assist project engineer to handle the improvement & enhancement works
• Able to work on site, and coordinate with stakeholders including clients, consultant and sub-contractors
• Prepare tender documents and cost estimation

Requirements

• Holder of High Certificate/Diploma in Building Services or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience in MVAC/P&D engineering within E&M contractors or main contractors. Experience in related filed is an advantage
• Preferably in new build and A&A works or facility/ property management experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Fresh graduates with less experience are also welcome
