Senior Project Executive / Project Coordinator (Creative Digital Agency)

Responsibilities:

• To co-ordinate with the clients, vendors and internal parties
• Build and maintain good and long-term relationship with customers and promote value added business to existing clients
• Preparing project documentation such as schedule, checklist, report, proposal and PowerPoint etc
• Supporting team leader in research, business development and presentations
• Handle daily correspondence, documentation and memorandum
• Explore and develop business opportunities across various industries and broaden existing business base

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Business / Marketing or related disciplines
• Experience in creative agency or digital marketing has an advantage
• Native Cantonese with good English and Mandarin
• Excellent command of written English is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Great knowledge on internet, marketing and design field
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, attention to details and a positive attitude
• Degree/higher diploma in communication, marketing or related disciplines
