Assistant Project Designer / Project Designer

Responsibilities

• Manage project team from design process, production of interior architectural design and construction documents to final completion of project
• Handle project from construction-phase activities including shop drawing review, requests for information, drawing and document upkeep, project record-keeping
• Coordinate with various consultants on project management
• Manage production process and on site installation
• Ensure on time delivery and work with clients 

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree holder in interior design, architecture construction / project management
• 1-5 years experience in interior / decorative (Preferably in retail, boutique, department store, shopping mall, property management or fixture design)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and technical details, Photoshop and related computer software as well
• Handle full set construction drawings, practical detailing experience & site co-ordination 
• Good design sense, self-motivated, independent, well-organised, and resourceful in problem solving
• Excellent in project management, communication and presentation skills
• Willing to travel
• Willing to work overtime
• Immediate available is highly preferable
