Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer service policy and training program for all levels of frontline staff
- Measure customer satisfaction and improve services
- Identify training needs and develop related strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training program
- Develop a team of customer service staff
- Handle customer enquiry and compliant
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business in any related discipline
- Candidates who are existing strong performers in an Assistant Training Manager role are welcome to apply
- At least 4 years of retails training experience, preferably in retail sector
- Strong Leadership and coaching skills
- Self-motivated and details oriented
- Excellent English and Chinese
