Retail Training Manager (Customer Service)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer service policy and training program for all levels of frontline staff
  • Measure customer satisfaction and improve services
  • Identify training needs and develop related strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training program
  • Develop a team of customer service staff
  • Handle customer enquiry and compliant

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business in any related discipline
  • Candidates who are existing strong performers in an Assistant Training Manager role are welcome to apply
  • At least 4 years of retails training experience, preferably in retail sector
  • Strong Leadership and coaching skills
  • Self-motivated and details oriented
  • Excellent English and Chinese
