Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead branch staff to implement sales and business development strategies for achieve branch business targets
• Lead and monitor the standards of service of branch staff to ensure professional customer services
• Enforce established operation procedure to mitigate operational risks and ensure strict sales compliance

Requirements:

• Basic Salary around $50K to $80K
• Degree holder
• 4 years branch banking experience

Private Bank Relationship Manager

• Provide excellent service to ultra high net worth clients;
• Performing and executing a broad range of banking and investment transactions for Private Banking clients;
• Handle and resolve day-to-day queries from clients, operations, systems, account re-balancing processes etc;

Investment Consultant  (Banking, 40K - 60K subject to experience)

• To provide professional support and coach branch marketing staff to meet their investment targets
• To boost up investment sales, optimize sales capacity and effectiveness for retail investment business
• To formulate and implement business strategies to support assigned regions meeting overall targets and generating extra investment fee income
• To assist frontline marketing staff to identify suitable customers for marketing of products, prepare presentation materials to customers and build up business base
• To participate in joint marketing calls with frontline marketing staff to act as investment product specialist

Junior Investment Consultant  (Banking, 30K to 38K subject to experience)

• Provide market insights & Investment advises to the bank and frontline staffs
• To assist frontline marketing staff to identify suitable customers for marketing of products, prepare presentation materials to customers and build up business base
• Drive investment business, by coaching, advisory and updated information
• Support joint-call meetings, clients portfolio review, sales activities and promotions
