- HKDSE or above, degree holder is preferred
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in banking or finance industry with exposure relating to property or personal loans
- Responsible for handling fire insurance; preparing loans instructions, facilities letters, loans drawdown and various PRC mortgage reports; attending sites for sales support and participating in ad-hoc assignments
- Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
