Settlement Officer

Ping An Securities is listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEx”) (stock code: 231.HK).  We are looking for Settlement Officer:

Responsibilities

• Deal with daily transactions and submit settlement reports including Hong Kong and overseas markets
• Ensure that the settlement is completed in a timely and effective manner (with the opportunity to visit CCASS, Bank or customer)
• Maintain liaison and good communication with internal and external companies
• Participate in System development Project
• Ad hoc tasks

职责

• 处理日常交易事宜并提交包括香港和海外市场的结算报告
• 确保各项结算及时和有效完成（有机会拜访CCASS、银行或客户)
• 与公司内部和外部保持联络和良好沟通
• 参与系统开发项目
• 其他临时交办事项

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least two years related working experience
• Familiar with the Hong Kong securities market
• Familiar with the operation and use of CCASS and DCASS, familiar with the settlement process
• Proficient in Office software
• Able to work under pressure and time
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)

学历及经验要求

• 高级文凭或以上
• 至少两年以上相关工作经验
• 熟悉香港证券市场
• 熟悉操作运用CCASS和DCASS，熟悉结算流程
• 熟练操作办公软件
• 能在压力和时间要求下完成工作
• 良好的中英文沟通能力（必须懂普通话)
