- reviewing O! ePay account application
- handling dispute, daily reconciliation and settlement of O! ePay and Octopus card transaction
- participating in defining user requirements and conducting user acceptance tests for system enhancement and project implementation
- preparing regular MIS reports for management review
- handling administrative activities such as correspondence and communication with banks, merchants, business partner and customers
- handling internal and external customer’s enquiries
A right fit for your portfolio?
- Completion of Secondary Education with English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics at Level 3 or above in the HKDSE
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in operation and transaction processing with at least 1 year in supervisory position, preferably in debit/credit card industry
- Knowledge of user requirement analysis, test case preparation, debit or credit card settlement and chargeback is preferred
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office, and English and Chinese word processing with at least 35 w.p.m.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good numerical sense and able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal, logical and analytical skills with good customer service awareness
