Contract Business Optimization Officer / Assistant Business Optimization Officer (CLBCBOO-REC1807)
Responsibilities:
● Conduct quality assurance, complaint investigation and departmental compliance checking
● Review & streamline operation procedures
● Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and follow-up on regulatory issues
● Review and update internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies of the Group
● Participate in projects
Requirements:
● Form 7 or above
● Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in banking / financial institutions
● Solid experience in workflow design and good knowledge of consumer loans products is an advantage
● Organised, mature, detail minded and good team player
● Hardworking, responsible and able to work under pressure
