Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a Responsible Officer Type 6 to supervise SFC regulated activities
- Lead the projects and activities of corporate finance and advisory services, and participate in client servicing and marketing
- Responsible for negotiating potential deals, executing corporate finance transactions, conducting due diligence and preparing related documents
- Ensure the compliance of all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the proper documentation of all operations, policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or the related discipline
- Minimum 6 years’ solid experience in corporate finance and advisory services
- Proven record of M&A/IPO project experiences will be an advantage
- Sound knowledge in Listing Rules, Takeover Codes, Company Law and other rules and regulations
- Good spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
