Responsibilities
- General reception duties including email inquiries, incoming calls, greeting clients in a professional and polite manner
- Provide full range of administration and general clerical duties
- Prepare Staff Attendance monthly report
- Arrange courier and internal arrangement
- Assist in stationery inventory management and distribution
- Maintain office machines tidy and in a good condition
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- One year’s relevant experience preferred, fresh graduate with less experience will also be considered
- Computer Skills: MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English and Chinese (spoken & written)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manner and customer service
- Meticulous, detailed-minded, high initiative, quick learner
- Immediate available preferred
