Administrative Assistant (Receptionist)

Responsibilities

  • General reception duties including email inquiries, incoming calls, greeting clients in a professional and polite manner
  • Provide full range of administration and general clerical duties
  • Prepare Staff Attendance monthly report                                                              
  • Arrange courier and internal arrangement
  • Assist in stationery inventory management and distribution            
  • Maintain office machines tidy and in a good condition                                                   

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • One year’s relevant experience preferred, fresh graduate with less experience will also be considered
  • Computer Skills: MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese (spoken & written)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone manner and customer service
  • Meticulous, detailed-minded, high initiative, quick learner
  • Immediate available preferred
