Credit Manager (Ref: RO-CM)

• Supervise a team of credit analysts and provide staff planning, development and training to ensure quality output and efficient turnaround of credit processing
• Perform credit evaluation and risk assessment on retail / commercial credit proposals and carry out periodic reviews / reports
• Assess credit risks, identify potential problems and recommend mitigating factors for the appropriate lending authority’s consideration and approval
• Degree holder in banking or finance with 8 years of solid experience in credit analysis and risk management functions in banking industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
