Dispatch Officer 控 制 室 主 任 / Assistant Dispatch Officer 控 制 室 助 理 主 任

We are currently looking for a high caliber to join our Transport team as “Dispatch Officer / Assistant Dispatch Officer"

In this role, you will:

• Quick response to airline customers requires via telephone, walkie-talkie, emails, telex and fax regarding extra orders of meals and items
• Ensure all accurate flight information and orders are promptly updated to various operational departments
• Coordinate with transport team and organize delivery to the flights on time

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• HKCEE/DSE or above
• 1-2 years working experience
• With shift / airport operation experience is preferable
• Figure sensitive & attention to details
• Proficient in Microsoft office Application
• Fluent spoken & written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Dispatch Officer
• Assistant Dispatch Officer with good performance could be promoted to Dispatch Officer in 6 months
