Job Responsibilities
- Provide full range of administrative support to Business Development Department
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Department Head
- Assist in preparing quotation, tender documents and reports
- Coordinate external and internal parties to ensure smooth day to day operation
- Handle enquiry calls and emails
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Associate Degree / Diploma or above
- Two years or above administrative working experience
- Computer literate, MS office applications and Chinese word processing
- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese
- Efficient, detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to work independently
- With good communication skills
