 Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full range of administrative support to Business Development Department
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Department Head
  • Assist in preparing quotation, tender documents and reports
  • Coordinate external and internal parties to ensure smooth day to day operation
  • Handle enquiry calls and emails
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree / Diploma or above
  • Two years or above administrative working experience
  • Computer literate, MS office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Efficient, detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to work independently
  • With good communication skills
