Assistant Accountant - Regional Office

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for Account Payable and Account Receivable for Greater China region;
• To reconcile and settle the inter-company transactions in the system;
• To prepare and send Monthly statement of accounts to overseas agents;
• To prepare the payment vouchers and bookkeeping tasks;
• To perform bank reconciliation and upload statement of account into SAP system;
• To prepare the weekly cash report;
• To handle accounting records of a subsidiary;
• To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting with 3 years experience in handling full set accounting, cash flow forecast & projection;
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics companies will be advantage;
• Knowledge in SAP accounting system;
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent MS office knowledge;
• good communication skills, good command of Mandarin & English;
• Candidates with higher experience and more experience would be considered for Accountant position;
• Immediate available is preferred.
