Operation Associate

The Job

• Assist in managing service delivery to one or more client accounts, promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with delivery team supervisors to establish service scope, Service Level Agreement (SLA) and delivery schedule of projects in business process outsourcing industry, with primary focus on data and document processing
• Participate in the design and execution of service delivery plan of projects
• Assist in customer relationships and networks development
• Support basic Windows software installation, set-up and troubleshooting
• Act as a communication point to coordinate with internal server/network support team or external vendor(s) to handle server/network related issues

The Person

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 1 – 2 years of working experience
• With good command of PC applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic network and/or software troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented and sensitive to figures
• Good in spoken and written English and Cantonese, preferably also in Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience can be considered for more senior roles
