Shop Operations Assistant / Clerk

Job Duties:

  • Assist and report to Retail Operations Manager.
  • Provide administrative support to retail and wholesale team.
  • Communicate closely between wholesale customers and retail shops on daily operations issues.
  • Handle customer enquiry through the phone or E-mail.
  • Data analysis and prepare regular reports.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above in any discipline.
  • 1 year experience in retail or administrative support is preferable.
  • Positive, initiative, customer-oriented with effective interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially strong in Excel, knowledge in pivot table and vlookup is a MUST) and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Immediate available will be an advantage.
