Shipping Clerk / Senior Shipping Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

Make arrangement, bookings, etc for shipments;
Liaise with related internal departments and factory;
Prepare and handle full set of shipping documents and banking documents;
Data entry and general clerical support.
 

Job Requirements: 

F.5 or above
At least 2 years or above working experience in shipping field for toys / seasonal products trading industry (mainly for US & Europe market)
Experience in on-line booking is MUST
Experience in bulk shipment is an advantage 
Strong in data handling (ERP or SAP )
Undertake daily documents, manage and ensure the accuracy
Knowledge of full set of I/E and online booking with forwarder and shipping is an advantage
Willing to overtime work and work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office
Immediately available is highly preferred
