Logistic Clerk - Air freight (Export)

Our client is a multi-national freight forwarding company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle air freight Export documents;
• Co-ordinate with concerned parties to ensure correct shipment requirements;
• Perform multiple tasks to provide operation and documentation support for the Air Operations team;
• Planning & follow-up existing orders.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above;
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in air freight forwarding field;
• Proficiency in MS Office Application;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Willing to learn, self-motivated, good communication skills and able to work under pressure;
• 5.5 days work per week & shift duty is required;
• Day Shift: Mon – Fri 09:00 - 18:00, Sat: 09:00 - 13:00
• Night Shift: Mon – Fri 16:00 - 01:00, Sat: 16:00 - 20:00
• Immediate available is preferred.
