Customer Services Representative (5 days work) 客戶服務代表
Our client is a health care products retailer with chain stores in HK, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Beijing and Shanghai.
Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up maintenance order
- Assist reception duties
- Answer customers' enquiries and schedule delivery arrangement
- Coordinate the works with outsourced logistic vendor and our maintenance technicians for providing after-sales service
- Provide clerical support to Warehouse, Logistic and Maintenance Service Team
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
主要職責
- 處理售後服務流程,包括物流送貨安排及接聽電話;
- 與外判物流公司及維修部工程人員協調聯繫以提供完善的售後服務;
- 為倉務部, 物流部及維修部提供文件處理協助;
- 處理上級委派的額外工作
Requirements
- F.5 or above with 1 - 2 years' working experience, preferably in logistic or Warehouse sector
- With experience for handling CS hotline enquiries is an advantage
- Good customer service skill and telephone manner
- Service-oriented with good communication skill
- Well-organized, able to work independently
- Good in MS Word, Excel, and English and Chinese Word Processing
- Basic command of both written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is highly preferred
職位要求
- 中五畢業,
- 1 - 2 年相關經驗;
- 曾工作於客戶顧客服務熱線行業優先考慮;
- 擁有良好的客戶服務技巧及電話溝通禮貌,懂得一般電腦文書操作及中英文輸入法;
- 基本中英文, 普通話;
- 細心, 工作有條理, 能獨立工作
