Leasing Officer (Commercial Building)

Welcome Package : Bank Holiday, 12 Days AL, Medical Insurance, Performance Bonus
Salary range : 20-30K
Working location : Sheung Wan
Time : Monday to Friday 09:00am-06:00pm ; Sat 09:00am-1:00pm

Job Duties:

(a) Responsible for handling general leasing of new letting / renewal negotiation, including to rent out general offices
(b) Handle Tenancy management, lease terms negotiation, leasing document management
(c) Analyse market trends and data research and prepare regular leasing reports
(d) Improve coordination with property management company to maintain and enhance normal operation

Requirement:

(a) Diploma/Degree in related disciplines
(b) At least 3-5 years' working experience in property sales & marketing, preferably with property developer
(c) Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
(d) Good in English is a must and Basic in Mandarin
(e) Good PC knowledge in Window Applications (eg Word, Excel, Power Point)
