Job descriptions
- Review job progress
- Manage job progressive billing
- Intercompany billing & Reconciliation
- AR collection, follow up outstanding receivable
- Liaise with customer on job final account
Requirements
- Detailed oriented, Independent, responsible and willing to work overtime
- Accounting in construction, job costing experience is preferable
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Access & Peachtree accounting system
- Good level spoken and written Chinese and English
