Customer Services Coordinator - Toys

Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephone and email enquiries, client instruction and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer services and maintain good relationship with clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments to satisfy customers’ needs by providing efficient feedback and the best solutions
  • Understand clients’ expectation and deliver first-class services
  • Follow up on the test submission
  • Collect market intelligence
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year's working experience
  • Attention to details
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Customer focused and quality driven
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle crisis situations and multi-tasking
  • Willing to work overtime and under pressure
  • Good written and spoken English, Putonghua and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Training will be provided)
