Building Services Inspector

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher certificate in Building Services or equivalent
• 5 years' post-qualification experience in building service maintenance
• Proficiency in PC Applications (e.g. Microsoft applications, AutoCAD)
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and can work independently
• Immediate available is preferable

Responsibilities: 

• Provide support of the inspection, repair & maintenance and report preparation in building services
• Day to day works monitoring and liaising with contractors’ works to comply the pre-set requirement and standard
• Investigate and solve technical problems
• Comply with safety law and regulations in building services
• Implementation and maintenance for the Quality and Environmental Protection Management System
