Sales Coordinator (Jewelry)

Job Duties:

• Customer liaison and support
• Handle overseas orders and monitor production process
• Prepare quotations and invoices. Email and fax correspondence
• Arrange and coordinate shipment/ delivery, communicate with factory and production team
• Provide support to sales team on clients' projects and orders
• Attend both local and overseas trade fairs as exhibitor as required

Requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• High Diploma or above in Marketing or related disciplines preferred
• Proficient in English MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Relevant experience in Jewelry industry preferred but not necessary
• Good communication skills, independent, able to work flexibly & multi-task
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented and high sense of responsibility
• Immediate available is preferred
