Assistant Manager, Brand & Communications

The Club is a unified loyalty & rewards program across HKT lines of business for our loyal customers, providing Clubpoints, membership benefits and an exciting redemption catalogue.
The role of the Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting The Club and its products & services (incl. Club SIM) through various marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• To design and layout electronic, multi-media and print materials for promotional campaigns and events (e.g. e-newsletters, webpages, banners, videos, leaflets, tentcards, logos, event backdrops etc.) and to meet the brand’s standards
• To develop UI design & UX for mobile and web products
• To research, brainstorm, design and refine best practices for app and web user experiences
• To create concepts through visualization with user experience journeys, flow charts/diagrams, wireframes, design mock-up and prototype
• To work closely with cross-functional teams to finalize the deliverables
• To manage external agencies and production houses

Requirements

• Degree in Multimedia / Interactive / Digital Visual Design / Graphic Design;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital design; 
• Proficient with design and multi-media tools, i.e. Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro) or equivalent;
• Solid experience in UI/UX design development and knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL;
• Strong creative sense, energetic, detail-minded, self-motivated;
• Good interpersonal and communications skills;
• Able to work in high pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• A team player, willing to take up new responsibilities;
• Sharing of design portfolio is expected
