QA Supervisor / QA Manager (Garment)

Job Responsibilities : 

• Ensuring client quality and delivery expectations are achieved
• Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring the standards and targets are met from sampling to production
• Assessing suppliers’ and own company’s product specifications and customer requirements
• Ensuring compliance with product specifications from customers as well as international standards
• Liaising with merchants and customers effectively regarding all sampling, technical and quality issues and ensuring the execution of corrective actions if required 

​Job Requirements : 

• Graduated from Quality Management in clothing and textile preferable
• Min 8 years of solid apparel QA/QC experience in manufacturing with at least 3 years in supervisory level
• Experience in quality assurance for woven & knit is a MUST
• Good understanding of QC principles and applications like ISO/5S etc.
• Experience in developing QA manuals is preferred
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills, proactive and good team player
• Good communication skills with different level of people
• Good command in both written and oral English and Mandarin
• Extensively travel to PRC is required
