Business Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Assist and support Business Manager in daily operations, prepare quotation, tender, contract, proposal and presentation
• Assist to maintain client database and issue e-information to internal parties for service arrangement
• Liaise with both existing and potential business parties regarding contract and service, build and develop effective relationships with our clients
• Assist in the development and implementation of appropriate marketing plans and strategies for the clients to suit client's needs
• Assist to prepare sales and marketing report for business analysis use
• Assist to carry out market research and customer surveys to assess service quality from client's feedback for further service quality analysis and brand positioning
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints
• General administrative work and ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
• Two years relevant experience is preferred
• Computer literate, MS office applications and Chinese word processing
• Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Efficient and multi-tasking, able to work in a fast-paced enviornment
• Proactive, detail-minded with can-do attitude
