Specialist / Senior Specialist (Project Coordination)

THE POSITION

As a Project Coordination Specialist, you need to coordinate focus group and in-depth interview, understand client’s requirement, and provide feasible project design from data collection level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily activities for focus group and qualitative research
• Schedule interview roster, allocate resources and prepare interview materials
• Provide on-site support for focus group and interview
• Work with recruiters to recruit interviewees
• Input interviewees’ profile
• Ensure high quality and accuracy
• Meet project deadline
• Work with internal teams for project requirements
• Regular meeting with client servicing team

REQUIREMENTS

• Working experience in coordination and project management. Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Diploma holder or above
• Sociable, open minded, out-going & energetic
• Proactive, fast learner and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Good project management skills
• Good English and Chinese speaking and writing
• Familiar with MS Office application (e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Specialist.
