Assistant Education & Communications Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the coordination and servicing for the schools and individuals participating in Heifer HK’s education and fundraising programs
• Conduct talks for school participants whenever needed
• Assist in program recruitment and enrollment
• Assist in developing program collaterals and resources, and update program website
• Responsible for implementing the digital marketing strategies to promote the programs thru social media, e-DM, etc.
• Manage volunteers to help with data entry and tele-marketing
• Provide support in organizing educational events and activities
• Assist in ad hoc projects and general fundraising and marketing matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Communications, Marketing or Social Science-related discipline.
• At least 2 years relevant experience, with knowledge of social media platforms and marketing a plus.
• Experience in working with schools and / or educational bodies highly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese.  Good Mandarin desired.
• Strong organization skills, detail-minded and customer-focused
