Security Operation Center (SOC) Support

Responsibilities:

• Monitors the alert queues in the SIEM and adhoc requests reported to Security Operation Manager or Level 3 Security Consultant
• Identifies, classifies, and responds to security incidents and threats including internal or insider threats, data loss and leakage, and Advanced Persistent Threats.
• Create and track investigations to resolution according to established best practices Operate
• Create tickets to document investigations and Findings.
• Collects data and context necessary to analyze and remediate alerts.
• Participate in solution selling & field provisioning on Cybersecuirty & SOC solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• One year or above experience working with various security methodologies and processes
• Knowledge of Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) protocols
• Knowledge of email security, network monitoring, and incident response
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Fresh graduates will be considered
