Key Responsibilities:

  • Working independently and as a team player on the full spectrum of daily HR operations including recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, performance management, employee relations and staff events, contracting and employee database;
  • Organizing and coordinating with different departments on HR projects in relation to talent and organization development initiatives;
  • Providing internal training to team members on technical knowledge, HR services and market updates to foster sharing and enhance knowledge transfer;
  • Compiling and analysing different HR reports to facilitate Management and Company as a whole in considering staffing, resource planning, and growth objectives;
  • Handling enquiries and feedback regarding policies, procedures, compliance and HR services related to people management
  • Supporting department head in managing daily departmental operation and team performance while achieving overall organization goals and continuous improvement;
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR duties and/or projects as required

 Entry Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, business management, psychology, or related disciplines, or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years of solid, relevant experience with similar positions in sizable companies;
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related statutory requirements and their applications;
  • Good interpersonal, communication, organizational and analytical skills;
  • Proactive, self-motivated, discreet, and detail-minded with high sense of integrity, priority and confidentiality;
  • Computer and HRIS proficient, with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • More experienced candidates may be considered for the position of HR Manager
