Data Centre Operator / Engineer

Job Duties:

• Perform daily routine operator including server support, data centre network and server monitor
• Perform system health check
• Handle hotline, service desk services, and problem escalation
• Responsible for daily backup and documentation 

Job Requirements:

• F.5/Diploma of above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ IT experience in which one-year experience in data centre is preferred
• Multi-tasking an ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, and detail-minded
• Willing to work on shift
• Good command of both written and spoke English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate or candidate with less experience will also be considered
• HK permanent resident is required
