Responsibilities:

Provide troubleshoot and problem solve PC related hardware, printer and software issues and escalate support issues to 1st level IT support
Provide installation and problem solving for computer related task such as network, systems, printers, IPT, software and hardware
Perform IT helpdesk function by answering supports calls
Perform other assigned tasks by supervisors

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
1-2 hands-on troubleshooting experience
Knowledge and experience in Windows Server support
Good problem solving skill and interpersonal skill
Good communication skill in both verbal and written English and Cantonese
HK permanent resident is required
