Specialist/ Senior Specialist (System and Production)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform database management
• Provide administration support for the production software and systems within the organization
• Perform system updates and backup to ensure stable production environment
• Collaborate testing, setup and configuration of new products and system
• Executes the processes of data production and associated project work
• Act as touch point on production deliverables and complete investigation into data challenges
• Drive productivity to achieve optimal cost management and propose application, process & functional improvements that will facilitate both increased efficiency and improved standards adherence

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-5 years working experience in related field, preferably with knowledge and experience of system administration, network support, database management in project management skills and tools
• Degree holder, preferably with Computer Science, Networking or Statistics knowledge background
• Excellent knowledge of IT technologies, ability to manage networks and hardware issues
• PC skills with programming knowledge/ experience
• Strong numeric sense and detail-minded
• Self-motivated, can work independently but also a team player
• Effective at communicating with external and internal departments on data logic, processes and procedures
• Solid problem solving skills, able to perform in depth Root Cause Analysis and drive towards appropriate long term resolutions
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered as Specialist.
