IT Business Analyst / IT Application Support

Responsibilities

IT Projects:

• Responsible for requirement analysis, development, testing and rollout of Travel Agents application systems.
• Assist the team and work with vendor to perform system testing plan, UAT and support implementation.

IT system operations:

• Prepare and maintain customer database and develop into analytics reports to provide business insight.
• Collaborate with cross business unit to achieve business objective
• Provide varies system regular operation support on business user enquiries and production problems.
• Report to IT system manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder in Travel and Tourism or related disciplines.
• With 1-2 years working experience.
• Work experience in travel industry will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and under stress.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
