Job Role:
- Handle phone-in and email support enquiries in using our services
- Manage server deployment and migration projects for customers
- Troubleshooting for various technical issues
- Support all software and hardware; maintain internal network and server administration
- To coordinate with vendors, internal / external parties and service partners for service restoration
- Prepare user manuals
- Ad-hoc technical support during non-office hours is required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer / Information Technology or related discipline; fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Solid support experience in Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012, Linux, VM servers
- Knowledge of Web Server, FTP Server, DNS, Email Server, Exchange Server, TCP/IP
- Certified CCNA, MSCE or equivalent is an advantage
- Customer service or help desk experience in call center is an advantage
- Experiences in hosting company is a plus
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Good troubleshooting skill and ability to quickly learn and work with new system and infrastructure
- Willing to work 7x24 roster technical support
- Immediate availability is preferred
