Senior Account Officer / Account Officer (Life Annuity Scheme – Application Servicing Centre)

Job Descriptions:

• To provide life insurance application service to customers;
• To follow up with pending applications and perform other administrative duties as required in the application process;
• To work closely with the Centre Manager as well as the back office operations team to identify any improvement areas in the application process;
• To perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned from time to time; and
• The employment will be on a 1-year contract basis, commencing in September 2018, subject to renewal.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with a minimum of 1 year’s sales or customer service experience in life insurance industry;
• Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1 & 3  is a must;
• Customer oriented, responsible and self-motivated;
• Able to work under pressure; and
• Good command of Putonghua, English, and Cantonese.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Account Officer.

A contract-end gratuity (15% of the annual salary) will be paid upon completion of your contract and subject to satisfactory performance of your duties.
