District Insurance Specialist (Ref: RO-DIS)
- Devise, plan and implement sales strategy and initiatives to achieve aligned business target with assigned branches/district
- Provide training and coaching to frontline staff on insurance product knowledge and regulatory requirements updates
- Provide joint-call support to frontline staff to close sales
- Perform sales analysis and planning with close monitoring on sales activities of branch and frontline staff
- Provide support on operations and application processing
- Assist in reviewing compliance insurance-related work to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Tertiary educated with licensing qualifications of HKSI and IIQE
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or with minimum of 8 years' experience in life insurance
