Personnel Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all aspects of personnel administration, such as attendance and leave record management, employee data entry, medical claims, file management, access card arrangement, sitting plan and staff list preparation, etc
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks when required

 

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with Personnel/Human Resources management certificate / Diploma
  • At least 1-2 years’ working experience in Personnel/Human Resources field is preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance is an asset
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Responsible, organized and attentive to details
  • Immediate available is preferable

 

Remuneration package shall be commensurate with qualifications and experience of successful candidates.
