Electronic Distribution Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the pricing decisions are appropriately folded into the distribution channel strategies of the hotel, specifically for websiteds, third parties and GDS
• Consult with Reservations Manager on rate and inventory suitability of all potential business
• Ensure the data entry and output is clean in all relevant systems and reports
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with OTA partners

Requirement:

• Certificate / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in Reservations is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Knowledge of using Opera is an advantage
• Good communication skills and customer service
• Additional 2 day off per month
• Immediate available preferred
