Responsibilities

• To adhere to the policies and procedures of the property with regard to room reservations. Supervise, train and participate in the activities of reservations
• Answer verbal and written inquiries regarding room reservations, rates, confirmaitons, facilities at property, etc
• Maintain a detailed file on special group movements. Ensure that follow-ups are made to ensure early cancellation and hence, maximum room utilization
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly payroll records and document any late or absent employees; maintain accurate and current employee records
