In-patient Service Officer III (Full-time) Patient Business Department – In-Patient

Responsibilities:

  • To provide quality counter services.
  • To process patient registration, admission & discharge and follow up with relevant documents.
  • To coordinate direct billing arrangement with insurance companies and customers.
  • To perform clerical duties.
  • To handle billing enquiries and other patient services related duties.  

Requirements:

  • F. 6 or above.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skill.
  • Proactive, responsible, independent and good interpersonal skills.
  • 5-day work week
  • On-the job training & mentoring will be provided
  • Able to work shift duties
  • Prior experience in Airline, Hotel or Insurance Company preferred.
