Assistant Human Resources Manager – Talent Management

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the line managers to devise appropriate and innovative approaches to review, develop and enhance Trainee Programs for hot positions
  • Assist in planning Human Capital Development Programs, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Cultural Change Initiatives
  • Partner with various HR functional leaders to evaluate and implement Talent & Organization Development, Cultural Change Initiatives, and Continuous Improvement
  • Assist to identify and monitor risk exposure for various HR functions to ensure legal compliance
  • Assist to maintain effective and efficient controls, in order to monitor risk exposure for various HR functions
  • Work closely with department head to build leadership bench-strength throughout the organization by conducting competency gap analyses for emerging leaders, frontline leaders, senior leaders and executives, and design learning and organization development programs to address the needs
  • Develop the learning & development strategy in alignment with business objectives
  • Design and deliver both in-house and with expert third parties, training solutions that include a blended approach to learning which maximizes learner participation, comprehension and application of the material

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management / Training & Development or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in organization development or in staff training & development, with at least 3 years in managerial capacity
  • Previous successful experience designing and delivering learning and development solutions and programs to meet the business needs
  • Experience in implement QF Training program is a definite advantage.
  • Preferably with exposure in training and development in a sizable company
  • Passionate on talent development
  • Strong planning and organizing ability
  • Proactive, energetic, good presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
