TECHNICAL OFFICER (FOR NEW SITE - HUNG HOM) (Ref :CH/CH/UE/NEW/RE/TO/052018)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation and to enhance the service standard for the residential development
• Propose and monitor necessary improvements and modifications to existing M/E plants / building facilities as well as planned maintenance schedule
• Takeover of new property project and liaise with relevant parties to ensure a smooth operation
• Supervise emergency maintenance works and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth operation
• Prepare related reports, tender documents and follow up the contract administration

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services / Building Surveying / Construction or related disciplines with at least 2 years of experience or Higher diploma with at least 4 years of experience
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate A or above is preferred
• Minimum 4 years' experience in property & facilities management gained in property management companies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lead a team of technical staff with minimum supervision
• Willing to take initiative, to meet challenges and able to work independently
