Virtual Assistant Fluent In Both English and Chinese

We are MotiMedia, a social enterprise that focuses on creating original content to spread the message of love and positivity. We aim to inspire and empower people to be the best version of themselves through storytelling.

On the 10th of October 2020, we will host our first-ever event: MotiTalk: Macau 2020. During this event, successful individuals and key opinion leaders across different fields will share their personal stories in the most emotionally engaging, authentic and impactful way possible. Combined with the use of visual, sound, and other stage effects, we aim to create an unforgettable, profound, and jaw-dropping experience for our audience, inspiring them to be the best version of themselves. We will also broadcast the event online and use the power content captured before and during the show, to impact many more people around the world.

We are looking for a passionate virtual assistant that is fluent in both English and Chinese (preferably based in Hong Kong or Macau), able to provide a variety of administrative support in a timely manner, communicative, comfortable with working as a team and enjoys learning new things.

Tasks you might be asked to perform include but not limited to:

1. Online Research
2. Project Management
3. Operations Assistance such as Sourcing for Procurement, Outreach, and Recruitment
4. Administrative Support
5. Proofreading
