Provide a full range of office administrative support duties such as ordering stationery, name card printing, arrange maintenance of office equipment, insurance renewal, quotation comparison and cost analysis for maintenance services and office supplies, website updates, manage EDM etc.
Provide general administrative support for the Company such as tender preparation;
Data Entry, filing, scanning & preparing full set export documents
- Communicate with overseas office for shipment arrangement to ensure shipments handling properly and efficiently
- Invoicing to customers and inter-companies in compliance with the company guideline and rule
- Check and monitor the cargo uplift status
