  • Duties & Responsibilities:
  •     Proper recording of financial transactions and prepare accounting report  •    Prepare cheques, invoices, vouchers, statement of accounts, trial balance, budget •    Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet with MYOB •    Prepare payroll document, and other documentary for disbursements; •    Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies, replace supplies as needed •    Assist the project team in doing the business proposals and project documentation for clients •    Preparing correspondence, documentation, and presentation materials •    Able to work outdoor and any ad hoc duties

  • To take ownership in customer segmentation for the company and also on customer targeting for various programmes – with the aim to further enhance our understanding of our customers and to maximize revenue.
  • To participate in the design, development and implement of Omni-Channel customer analytical solutions

  • You will work closely with the center management team, and support the followings: 
  • Monitor customer contacts including phone calls and emails to ensure quality meeting the agreed quality standard
  • Identify outliers, dig deep to uncover root causes, provide sharing and coaching and support team supervisors in developing improvement plans for respective outliers
  • Lead a team of over 25+ customer service experts with a strong dedication to craft an extraordinary service to surpass member’s expectation by professional correspondences related to flight reservations and ticketing in a fast paced and structured customer care environment
  • Consistently provide coaching to team members to achieve optimal level of performance and resolve complex enquiries effectively
  • Develop implementation strategy on loyalty program and travel information to ensure members are served promptly and accurately
