1/ Handle general clerical work and administration duties
2/ Act as receptionist back-up, perform duties, such as handling all incoming call, greeting customers, incoming and outgoing mails, etc;
3/ Clerical support and documents preparation for internal and external parties
4/ Assist ad-hoc duties assignment as required
Provide a full range of office administrative support duties such as ordering stationery, name card printing, arrange maintenance of office equipment, insurance renewal, quotation comparison and cost analysis for maintenance services and office supplies, website updates, manage EDM etc.
Provide general administrative support for the Company such as tender preparation;
