Alliance Shadow War: The Final Chapter of the Star Sea
Three years after the Star Core Crystal was placed in C137’s core cabin, the Interstellar Alliance ushered in an unprecedented era of peace. Thanks to the stabilizing effect of the Star Core, the once chaotic navigation routes became safe. All alliances set aside old grievances and jointly established the "Interstellar Cooperation Council." G Morty was elected as the first Speaker, while Husnain served as the Council’s Chief of Defense, responsible for coordinating interstellar security affairs.
This day marked the first "Star Sea Celebration" since the Council’s establishment. C137’s space station was decorated with colorful lights, shining exceptionally bright, and representatives from all alliances gathered here. Husnain stood on the deck, watching the spaceships shuttling in the distance, when a familiar sound of footsteps came from behind—VixentheFox, dressed in a simple alliance uniform, held two cups of hot drink and handed one to him: "What are you thinking about?"
"I’m thinking about what happened three years ago," Husnain took the cup; his fingertips brushed hers, warm and steady. "Back then, I thought I’d spend the rest of my life wandering alone with my scars." VixentheFox smiled, the corners of her eyes crinkling: "Who didn’t? Luckily, none of us gave up."
Halfway through the celebration, G Morty stepped onto the podium. Suddenly, a video appeared on the holographic projection—it showed the complete evidence of RVX framing C137, along with footage of alliances cooperating in reconstruction over the years. "Today is not just a celebration, but also a farewell to the past," G Morty’s voice echoed throughout the space station. "We were once divided by betrayal and torn apart by power struggles, but in the end, we came together for the sake of guardianship. The star sea is vast, but as long as we stand side by side, there are no difficulties we cannot overcome."
Warm applause erupted from the audience. Husnain turned to look at VixentheFox—her eyes sparkled, a stark contrast to the cold leader she had been in the RGSS council chamber years ago. "By the way, I have something for you," VixentheFox pulled a fountain pen from her pocket. Engraved on the silver pen body were two names: "Husnain" and "Vix." "The previous one was for ‘Rebirth,’ and this one is for ‘Walking Together.’"
Husnain took the pen, his fingertips tracing the names. Suddenly, he held her hand: "From now on, we’ll walk the star sea path together." VixentheFox nodded, leaning on his shoulder as she looked at the distant starry sky—no more artillery fire, no more betrayal, only the endless stars and their side-by-side figures.
After the celebration, Husnain and VixentheFox piloted a small spaceship, flying slowly along the interstellar route. Outside the spaceship’s porthole, the blue light of the Star Core Crystal traced a gentle path across the universe, like a glowing ribbon connecting the past and the future.
"Do you think there will be trouble again in the future?" VixentheFox asked softly.
Husnain held her hand and looked into the distance: "Maybe there will, but it doesn’t matter. We have each other, we have C137, and we have the entire Interstellar Alliance. As long as we hold fast to our original intention of ‘guardianship,’ we have nothing to fear."
The spaceship continued flying toward the depths of the star sea, leaving two intertwined trails of light that gradually vanished into the brilliant galaxy. This interstellar story, which began with betrayal and ended with guardianship, finally wrote a perfect final chapter in peace and companionship.
